Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your shipment was damaged or you received incorrect merchandise, please contact us at support@edillscoffeehouse.com as soon as possible. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported within the first two weeks after taking delivery

If I don’t like the taste, can I return the product?
If the product has been opened, due to the nature of our business we currently do not accept opened or already used items. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and want you to let us know if you are having a problem with one of our products that you purchased, but we cannot accept returns for reasons outside of a mistake on our part or damage in shipping. If you are not satisfied with any product from Royaltea Coffee, please contact support@edillscoffeehouse.com

What shipping methods are available?
We currently use Canada Post domestic, priority, express, and international shipping methods depending on your location and the size of the package being shipped.

How long will it take to get my package?
Orders are confirmed within 24-48 hours, as soon as your order is confirmed a tracking number will be generated, and your order will be shipped out with 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
